The movie is based one two main characters, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and Zac Efron. In the movie, Zac Efron is the character which all the woman want, and all the men want to be like. That why we are going to show you how to get a body like Zac Efron.

How to Get a Body Like Zac Efron

It’s obvious that Zac Efron had to go through hundreds of hours at the gym, and a complete nutritional makeover to achieve the body that the got. He also partook in many sessions at the tanning salon or bronzing at the beach, which made his muscles even more defined. Zac Efron height and weight is only five foot nine inches and 150-160 pounds, but for Baywatch he had to put on about ten pounds. Muscle weights more than fat and so we will be detailing a workout regime and meal plan one can follow to cut the fat, get shredded, and put on around ten pounds of muscle in a year or less. This is not the Baywatch Workout, but it will for sure get you a beach body.

Strength Training Program: In order to gain muscle, a man has to increase testosterone and this is achieved by increasing strength, in order to lift more weight, while doing less repetitions. This type of training will also get rid of fat, by starting off with some cardiovascular exercise. It also includes a lot of resting days in order to allow the muscles to regenerate, and for the protein of the meal plan to re-build and grow the muscles.

Monday: Treadmill, Barbell bench press, barbell incline bench press, incline dumbbell press, dumbbell flys, seated dumbbell press, dip machine.

Wednesday: Treadmill, pull-ups, bent over barbell row, lat pull-down, bent-arm dumbbell pullover, seated Arnold press, hyper-extensions

Friday: Treadmill, close grip chin ups, triceps dips on parallel bars, dumbbell hammer curl, seated triceps press, side lateral raise, front incline dumbbell raise.

The diet plan you require will be based on the diet you currently have, and whether you will need to shred a lot of fat and lose weight, or if you’re very skinny and will need to increase your caloric intake to be able to build both muscle and strength. To get abs like Zac you will also have to get on a very strict diet and you can google ab workout plans to do.

You will either need to drop a lot of weight and fat by decreasing your calories, or increase your calories in order to put on muscle quickly. Finally, you will need to get a tan once or twice per week.
